IFL is seeking a Head of Irish Film London to take the organisation into the next phase of its development at the forefront of promoting Irish Film and Irish Film Talent in the UK.

We’re seeking a new Head of Irish Film London. This post leads on strategic vision for the organisation, curates and delivers its diverse programme, and manages day to day operations.
One of two part time staff members, this post comprises multiple priorities across the organisation. The role is multifaceted and requires skills in projects and events management, fundraising, publicity & marketing, programming, finances, and human resources and most importantly creative thinking.
The right candidate for this role will be creative, solution oriented and resilient. They will have an aptitude for sales and business matters, and a deep appreciation and understanding for film and/or the creative industries. They will have exceptional people skills, and extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships at all levels.

IFL Overview
Irish Film London provides a dedicated gateway to experience, celebrate and promote the best of contemporary Irish Cinema and Screen Talent. Over 10 years IFL has evolved from a voluntary association into a successful non-profit company with two members of staff and a board of directors. It is the only UK based organisation dedicated to Irish Film.
Annually IFL presents the world's largest Irish Film Festival, screening films in central London cinemas. Through premiere screenings, director Q&A sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and performances, this festival brings together industry professionals, film fans and fans of Irish arts & culture alike. In 2020 IFL hosted its first online film festival with premieres, podcasts, interactive live events and exclusive content.
During the past year IFL has created 'Irish Film From Home' a successful online portal from which to view a selection of contemporary Irish films and to listen to exclusive IFL produced podcast interviews with a range of Irish film talent.
IFL regularly programmes events and film screenings across the UK, in collaboration with existing communities and organisations. We are committed to promoting diverse representations of Irish culture and experience.
